6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

remains the exclusive property of NeiryLab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Discord Community Guidelines

Our community primarily communicates through Discord. By participating, you agree to:

Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Maintain respectful and professional communication
Avoid spam, promotional content unrelated to neurotechnology, or disruptive behavior
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other community members
Report violations or inappropriate behavior to community moderators

9. Reapplication and Multiple Submissions

Regarding project applications:

Reapplication Allowed: Projects may reapply if initially rejected, provided they address feedback and meet updated requirements
Improvement Period: We recommend waiting at least 30 days between applications to allow for meaningful improvements
Multiple Projects: Teams may submit multiple distinct projects, but each must meet individual evaluation criteria
Updated Information: Reapplications must include updated information and address previous feedback
